Cremation with Care and Dignity

In response to the trend of rising cremation rates, St. Michael Cemetery established a new state-of-the-art crematory facility with four retorts in 2010. Cremation must be carried out in a facility approved by the Dept. of Environmental Protection (DEP). The only DEP tested facility of it's kind in Massachusetts, our crematory is both energy efficient and environmentally friendly, and should the family wish, a viewing room is available to bear witness.

St. Michael Crematory knows that when we handle a family's cremation, it's your reputation as their funeral director that is on the line, and it's for this reason that reliable, trustworthy handling and speedy, professional service are more important than low cost. We're proud to assure you that St. Michael Crematory offers the best of both worlds. We would like the opportunity to earn your trust and partner with you as you serve your families. Our professionally certified staff are trained to facilitate the process with dignity and care. You can be assured that we strive to offer the best service and price.

As a privately-run crematory, we hold our service to the highest standard. Our competitive pricing along with our convenient proximity to Boston hospitals and medical examiners make St. Michael Crematory Boston’s premier crematorium.
